👉 This NSA cooking class is a demonstration class (half-day). After the demonstration, you’ll get to enjoy the meal prepared during the class session. After enjoying the meal, attendees MUST complete an evaluation at the end of the course, as required by the authorities (Skillsfuture & NSA).

Remark:

1. Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are limited to the PayNow (Cash) payment method.

2. Learners (Both Singaporean & Singapore Permanent Residents) under 50 years old have to pay the full course fee.

3. Some menu fees may vary, e.g., Christmas Special Menu (20% fee - $48.72) and CNY Menu (20% fee - $27.84). Kindly refer to the fee indicated in the invoice for payment.

👉 You will receive an invoice via email or WhatsApp approximately 3-5 working days before the class starts. This invoice is required to submit your SkillsFuture Credit claim.

👉YES, but only the Base Tier (S$500 SkillsFuture Credit) is eligible.

⚠️Note: The Mid-Career Tier (S$4,000 SkillsFuture Credit for mid-career individuals) is not applicable.) This credit is applicable for diploma course.

👉 No refund will be provided for duplicate payments. Instead, the additional payment will be credited towards your next class of choice.

• Option 2: Assistance – You can request help with your claim through Dignity Kitchen.

👉 NO, using your SkillsFuture Credit to pay for the course and having someone else attend on your behalf is strictly prohibited. This may be considered fraudulent and could lead to legal consequences.

All attendees must register and participate in the course under their own name.

👉 If you need to withdraw (cancel), please notify us in the WhatsApp group or contact Nutrisyz Admin (+65 9358 9823; WhatsApp only) at least one week in advance so we can find a replacement.

[For Cash (PayNow) & SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) Payments]

👉 No refunds will be issued. However, the amount (Cash) paid can be used as credit toward your next cooking class.If you’ve already claimed via SkillsFuture Credit, the credit cannot be refunded, but it can be applied to your next cooking class.

If you frequently register but later withdraw from classes, you may be removed from future class registrations. This policy helps ensure that class capacity is efficiently utilized and that more new learners have the opportunity to join. Thank you for your understanding.
